The Loomis Company Mobile App

While working with The Loomis Company, I explored ways to improve their mobile app. In consultation with our benefits team and customer service reps I was able to decide which features were most necessary to improving our customers experience. These improvements include adding the ability to email your Benefits ID card to your health practitioner, search for a provider within your network, and submit claims using the camera on your phone. In addition to adding these features I completely overhauled the design and user experience to make navigating the app easy and clear to the user.

Sign up/Log in screen
Before the users signed up I wanted them to have the ability to see all of the features that would be available to them. Here you can see the screens they can swipe through before signing up.
Home Screen
On the home screen there are written and visual cues, which match the sign up screens, that clearly communicate the users options.
